I've only ever had them be rude and dismissive. They have inflexible schedules and don't understand customer service and time coordination is a two way street. They were embarrassingly late to fix an emergency in spring this year. I don't know what me or my family did to be mistreated like this. I fully expect my review to be deleted. I've screeenshotted my conversations and im sending to a case manager to see what my home renter protection and rights are.

They did an excellent job with my window installation. Showed up on schedule, worked very efficiently; trim, painting, clean up too. After getting extremely expensive quotes from window companies, I decided to order a window myself and then hired Pivot for the install. They charge a fair rate which helped me to save a few thousand on my home window replacement through this method. Quality work, highly recommend. Thanks again you guys.

I had a leak from my roof and called Pivot. Scott came to the house and found where the leak was and patched the roof and fixed the ceiling in my living room. He was very professional and understanding. Walked me through the process to keep me informed of what he was doing. When he was done he cleaned the area he had been working in and then came back a few days later to paint the patch he had to do in the ceiling. Now it looks like nothing happened and I don't have a leak. Thank you Scott.

The guy Scott is amazing! Super polite and professional! Very knowledgeable about all of my questions! I will definitely be calling them again and requesting him the next time i need anything done!
