I had a leak from my roof and called Pivot. Scott came to the house and found where the leak was and patched the roof and fixed the ceiling in my living room. He was very professional and understanding. Walked me through the process to keep me informed of what he was doing. When he was done he cleaned the area he had been working in and then came back a few days later to paint the patch he had to do in the ceiling. Now it looks like nothing happened and I don't have a leak. Thank you Scott.

The guy Scott is amazing! Super polite and professional! Very knowledgeable about all of my questions! I will definitely be calling them again and requesting him the next time i need anything done!

Pivot Maintenance Management has been professional and easy to work with. They communicate well, respond in a timely manner, and seem to take pride in doing quality work. It’s nice working with a company that values customer feedback and recognizes its employees for providing good service. aaron runs an excellent business, punctual communication, detailed quotes, professional quality work. and he personally performs final walk thru to inspect the crew’s work, noting any necessary corrections. they’ve maintained and renovated my condo, including boiler replacement and bathroom remodel. i highly recommend pivot as being responsive and available for work.
