If I could give 0 stars I would! Dr. Kochman is horrible with children and was forcing my daughter down while he looked at her teeth...she’s 2! I was also told to “not talk to her, and he’ll do the talking” ridiculous! I have talked to multiple other moms about our experience and they have had very similar horrible experiences with this dr.
RecommendedI cannot say enough good things about Dr. Kochman and his staff. Since our first visit we have felt welcome and cared for. My timid, anxious 3 year old (who would previously cry when a dentist tried to even look at his teeth) asks to go to the dentist and is excited when we walk in the door. They are patient, kind, informative, and the best at what they do!
We chose Pittsford Pediatric Dentistry 12 years ago after being super impressed with their office decor and their thoroughly impressive approach to pediatric dentistry. We toured the office with our local Moms club. We had just relocated from California and needed all new providers. Our impression then has never changed. Steer clear. Four years later and our daughter is still scared of dentists. We were treated with very little respect.
This is our third time at Dr. K’s office. My daughter is often times a little afraid in uncertain situations. She has done very well going to the dentist. I attribute her ease due to the friendliness of all the staff members. Today, Gabbi did a wonderful job reassuring my daughter throughout the whole teeth cleaning process. Dr. K is awesome with children! Very happy with our experience! Highly recommend!
