We had a small bathroom with shower on our 3rd floor that needed to be refreshed. Mike and his team were very nice, responsive and professional and installed a new sink, toilet and floor while resealing around the shower. Looks great and is an all-around great improvement to the house!
It’s not often that a project turns out even better than you hope but thanks to Mike and the crew at Pgh Tub & Shower, ours did. We live in a 110 year old house that is just as uneven as it should be. We had a claw foot bathtub that hadn’t been used in a decade. When PT&S ripped it out, it turned out it wasn’t connected to any drainage - just spilling onto the crawl space beneath. Floors were uneven. Walls were crooked. Can't say enough about Mike and his team. I needed a shower floor repaired as well as a jetted tub removed and a washer/dryer put in it's place. The work was amazing and the team is 100% professional. I highly, highly recommend them.
Mike and his team redid the waterproofing and tiling of our walk-in shower, which hadn’t been done well by a previous contractor. They did a wonderful job making the tile work match the older tile and reworked the grout and caulking to perfection. What I appreciate most about though is how polite, responsive and thoughtful Mike is - a pleasure to work with! Hoping to have him renovate our other bathroom.
They asked for 2 hour availability for a 10 min consultation. They banged on my door 15 min before the agreed time. They then agreed to share a quote after the meeting, they didn't follow up or answer calls and texts. It is a hassle and waste of time to work with them. I wish they value their customer's time as they value theirs.
