Dr. G is great - explains the why behind everything and makes sure you understand what's going on rather than just having you come in and get cracked. Will definitely be going back!

After 3 visits at Pittsburgh Spine and Rehab my pain has went down significantly- almost entirely. Since the first session I have not had to take any pain relievers for my shoulder pain. The office is very nice ,clean and he is efficient and professional. He taught me stretches I have been doing to relieve pain as well. I couldn't sleep comfortably or drive without pain before my first appointment and I wish I would have went to him sooner. Thank u Dr. Jio!

This was my first experience visiting a chiropractor, so I was initially a little nervous and unsure of what to expect. However, Dr. Jio made me feel so comfortable, and after a few sessions, my neck and back pain has gotten so much better! I like that Dr. Jio not only provides adjustments, but also gives you exercises and stretches to do at home to maintain spinal health after leaving the office. I highly recommend him!
