Employees are not friendly. My daughter and I were both uncomfortable with how we were spoken to and I witnessed the same poor treatment with another mother/child. Both times I was here, I felt rushed and that they did poor work. My daughter's tooth bonding was brown at the seam right after completion. I noticed in the parking lot, went back in, but they were gone to lunch. After calling, they offered for me to come back to grind it down, but I do not trust their sloppy work. I brought my 4 year old here for a cavity fill, they capped the tooth, which when we talked prior to this appointment, and we talked about a filling, never mentioned a cap. Dr. Pollick made my daughters mouth bleed a lot and put the wrong size cap on her. It was way too big! Then she refused to fix it and put the right size on her this apt, instead she wanted to schedule a future apt. My daughter has been in pain all day. She will not eat and hardly drinks. My two year old son had fallen pretty hard and knocked his tooth loose. After a quick evaluation, I was referred to Pediatric Dentistry of Pittsburgh by my local dentist for my son’s unfortunate tooth extraction. Dr. Shaw and his staff, and Dr. Borandi (Dentist Anesthesiologist) were fortunately able to squeeze us in on short notice for my son’s extraction.
