Ok BUYER BEWARE This company doesn't exist in Pittsburgh Google the address it is the US Steel building there is no limo company operating out of there. Ask them for a PUC license guess what they don't have one as a matter of fact they don't have one car, the pictures they have on their website are bogus and taken from other limo websites. They are not in Pittsburgh. You are calling a call center they will tell you they are in Alexandria Virginia but if you google that address it is a parking lot.
