Part of the appointment process is to agree to pay anything not covered by insurance. This further states that it is my responsibility to know what my insurance covers. I am very aware of my benefits and extent of coverage. However, I don't know how to code claims, and I am not medically trained. It should be up to the practice to submit claims correctly and to make me aware of potential issues. Had my first Colonoscopy here, and the staff were wonderful! I was a nervous wreck but they put me at ease and everything went super smooth. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

This practice is a terrible place to work. There is no HR management will never help they are ignorant. If your not in the click watch out.

Everyone was friendly, I felt safe and secure. I have hard veins to find and my nurse grabbed another nurse to put in my IV. I appreciated that instead of poking me multiple times which has happened before. I felt comfortable in the procedure room, the doctor explained what would happen and the staff was great, had the impression they were very, very competent. I won't go anywhere else
