This isn't where the office is located. My appointment was for 5pm was taken back till 715pm. Then sat in room for over 35min befor being seen. Was given instructions to take blood sugar test 4 times a day. An they never gave me a script so I could. They did have me leave with monitor an the kit only included 10 test strips. Way to waste my time an family's time. I won't be going back, I will find else where to go.
