Having over 65 years of car ownership, I have had several opportunities to work with repair shops. I can say, without hesitation, Diehl is the best of all. The repair of the side of my vehicle is perfect. The color match is spot on. Gregg has be thorough in explaining everything in terms I could understand. The text messages keeping me informed of the progress and expected date of completion were appreciated. I could not be more satisfied.
Do NOT take your car here! They had my car for 3 weeks, and not only they didn't repair it correctly but royally messed it up! We are STILL dealing with this mess with another collision center trying to correct the damage this place has done!! An example is they either didn't tighten the bolts or forgot to put them in, and our fender fell apart on the freeway. We had to tape it until we could get to a safe place! Multiple other negligence in repairs AND missed important diagnostic issues!
They were very friendly and knowledgeable. After my car was repaired they detailed it and my car looked beautiful.
It's unfortunate having to leave a low review for a place that has a good reputation, however my vehicle was just never repaired correctly and the quality of work did not meet my standards or expectations. Refereed to me by my Insurance company, I trusted this place with my vehicle for a front end collision repair. I had the dealership wreck my suv and they sent my vehicle here to be repaired. They replaced and painted my front bumber, but did not replace any of the damaged plastics. They were also to paint an additional scratch on my driver's side mirror, and it is truly horrible. It looks like built up fingernail polish or something. I feel truly unsatisfied with the whole issue.
