Kudos to Diehl Collision of Pittsburgh. The service I received was outstanding! The workmanship exceeded my expectations and the customer service was exceptional. The repair took approximately 2 weeks to complete. However, Ryan was very intentional about keeping abreast of the progress. My overall satisfaction is 5 Stars. I would definitely recommend the Diehl Collision of Pittsburgh to anyone in need of body/collision repair.
Dropped my car off after hitting a deer and had a pretty quick turnaround! They dealt directly through my insurance to figure everything out and the process was a breeze. Thanks to everyone at Diehl! They even included a mug

In the aftermath of an accident it felt like everyone was trying to scam me and/or was incompetent, except for Diehl. This was the fourth collision center I interacted with after the accident and Diehl was the only non-scammy, actually helpful one. They went above and beyond for me when they really didn't have to and they restored my faith in humanity (not exaggerating). They were knowledgeable, communicative, empathetic and advocated for me. Next time someone crashes into my car, I'm going straight to Diehl.
