This 1 star is for the estimate only. Never had work done My driver side car door was open and slightly hit /pushed forward. It wasnt opening / closing properly (needed slammed). Took for an estimate. Service man looked at door, told me everything it would need (new door, paint job, etc), told me it may not pass inspection without repair, said estimate is $3,000 minimum. Absolutely BEST customer service ever. I had a timing issue with a repair and it was fixed the next day. In and out in a few minutes. Wonderful people to work with. I’d recommend them to my mom……and if you knew my mom that’s sayin something.
We took our vehicle here at the recommendation of our insurance company. The whole process was seamless. They kept us updated on the status of our vehicle and it looked great after the repairs were completed. All of the staff members were super friendly and took the time to explain everything. As a bonus, we were able to leave our rental car there from Enterprise to save a trip. Would definitely return in the future!
Having over 65 years of car ownership, I have had several opportunities to work with repair shops. I can say, without hesitation, Diehl is the best of all. The repair of the side of my vehicle is perfect. The color match is spot on. Gregg has be thorough in explaining everything in terms I could understand. The text messages keeping me informed of the progress and expected date of completion were appreciated. I could not be more satisfied.
Do NOT take your car here! They had my car for 3 weeks, and not only they didn't repair it correctly but royally messed it up! We are STILL dealing with this mess with another collision center trying to correct the damage this place has done!! An example is they either didn't tighten the bolts or forgot to put them in, and our fender fell apart on the freeway. We had to tape it until we could get to a safe place! Multiple other negligence in repairs AND missed important diagnostic issues!
