Go elsewhere. Having to battle them after they sold my boat. BBB is now involved. They've lied at least three times in responses to my complaint. They've routinely tried to pass blame for their breach of the contract. They've blamed the USPS and their accountant for the breach. Now they're blaming their subcontractor for price gouging. A stand-up company would admit their mistake, and try to work with a customer toward a solution. Not seeing that from them. Lies, obfuscation, and passing the buck is all I've seen. Monte and Don are great guys. They got us into our first boat and made sure the experience was more than amazing. They didn’t just sell us a boat, they took the time to educate us about all of its features and functions. Knowing we were first time owners, Monte went out of his way to take us and the kids on a long sea trial, answer our questions and teach us the basics of launching and loading. This is my third move with this company careful moves every time I’m overly satisfied. Their always on time, they wrap each item piece by piece and handle everything with diligently care. The prices are fair and l will always use them for whatever moving needs l have and l will recommend to others. I went in to get some help in purchasing a new prop. The guys there listened to what I had and what I wanted out of the new one. Helped me figure out what would work for my engine and gave me some good recommendations. Ordered a 4 blade and it came in quickly, took it out this weekend and it does exactly what I wanted! I would recommend Pittsburgh Boats for any of your parts and repair needs!
