It went very smooth and the people working there were very, very nice and professional. Could’ve been better.

The receptionist and MRI technician were so nice. I was really scared and not sure I would be able to finish the MRI and the tech really helped me through it.

RecommendedMichelle in reception was so comforting and welcoming and Vera explained the process. I was relaxed I was comforted and got through it just fine. I had a MRI for my thumb and so comfortable that I feel asleep during my 45 minute session.
I liked not being stuck way inside a long tube as my head was barely covered which made it easier. Also, the technician checked on me around every 10 minutes to see how I was doing and gave me an update on how much time remained. The staff made me feel very comfortable and it was a lot easier than I thought it would be.
The staff was great, they educated me before my MRI. I felt comfortable, informed and really welcome. I would recommend there services if I had any friends or family that needed such.
Pittsburg Open MRI is wonderful. The staff are friendly and they do their best to make you comfortable and accommodate your needs.
