Staff was nice and process was very easy

It was fine. The staff was excellent.
The staff was great but a few things were actually broken. Specifically when I went to flush the toilet, the handle flew off. More importantly the music system was “broken” as stated by the tech in the MRI room. Given how unpleasant any MRI is, not having music to help pass the time, the 35 minutes under the MRI made it seem endless. You need to fix this ASAP! Lastly the container where I was told to put my purse had a broken lid and the lock didn’t lock! You want to put some attention on “attention to detail”!
I'm claustrophic so this was a great experience. I actually meditated and fell asleep. Thank you for your patience.

Pittsburgh Open MRI is excellent I have a trouble with MRIs I'm claustrophobic and the staff there was amazing they went out of their way, they prayed for me they did everything to make my experience go easy I recommend them to everybody whether your claustrophobic or not they are a great team.
The whole experience was a positive. It was easy to get to and the staff we're super nice
