I had a toothache that started on Thursday evening. My wife called and got an appointment for Friday morning. I left with two prescriptions and a referral to an endodontist. Dr. Naif and his entire staff are very competent, professional, friendly and very comforting. It is such a relief to have responsive professionals available to help ensure our family of good dental care!

My wife and I left our old dental practice due to poor quality dental work and poor customer care. We found Pittsboro Family Dentistry and WOW, what an amazing experience!! The entire staff was very polite and genuinely helpful. The hygienists and doctor were very informative, gentle, kind and seemed to enjoy their work. I stopped in to make an appointment to have a tooth extraction because of numerous visits to my physician to receive antibiotics for infections.The staff scheduled me that very day, Great I thought. After the appointment, where exstensive work was planned ,another appointment was set for 2 days later. The second appointment had to be rescheduled the morning of the planned visit,(Jury Duty call) I was informed that the earliest Next opening was May 8th, some 45 days later and that I would need to see an Oral Surgeon now. Our office can be intermittently very busy, so some gap of time is not unusual following an initial visit before patients can be scheduled for non-emergency treatment.
