Blew a tire coming off an exit late at night. They came right out and swapped the tire out in less than 30 minutes. Absolutely fantastic. Thank God for 24-hour tire repair
They told me they were 24hrs it also says online that they are also, and not even open at this location at all I just spoke to someone on the phone office line they told me the price for a tire and all but now I get no answer and I drove up here with a bad tire they could’ve told me they were open or wasn’t able to be of service today I’m not ok with this and it’s bad, for, business, I will no lender come here
Absolutely horrible service! I broke down on the high way called them cause they were open and within 5 miles of my location. He quoted me 160 to bring a tire and change it. Of course I said yes, he came changed the tire and uncharged it to 180 because he had to do extra work from what he says. Put my tire on and I paid. Got about 20 miles up the street and my tire pressure is beeping at me that I had low tire pressure in the tire I just had changed. unprofessional, only takes cash , no shop to go into
May I say this was very unprofessional & possibly a scam. Before arriving we placed a call and he told us he could fix it for us, he asked for what type of tire and he confirmed he could fix it. We arrive and it was just him & someone else in his own car and a parking lot with no signs and no tires. He told us he could only accept cash, then didn’t even mention to start working on it but told us exactly where to go for an ATM so he could receive the money. Just be aware because he called back sounding frustrated with us.
