RecommendedIt took one week from initial visit for my son to get his braces. Ashley and Barb are amazing! I love Dr.Pittmans positive persona and sarcasm! My son struggles with controlling his behavior in unfamiliar places secondary to apprehension. He’s completely at ease in this office. Great establishment!

Our family can’t thank them enough! We had to evacuate our home in New Bern, NC due to hurricane Florence and our daughter broke off a bracket on her molar. I called Pittman Orthodontics and they were able to see her just a few hours later. They were so sweet and gave their best wishes to us and said if we needed anything else to not hesitate to call. Excellent staff and one excellent Orthodontist. Dr. Pittman is so good with my son and other patients. He and his staff made my son feel so comfortable. When the night before he was so nervous about getting his braces and expander in that he didnt sleep. I would recommend this office to everyone.
I was nervous about my son going to have braces. You know the stories of how the orthodontist put them on too early and it costing more then if they would have waited until the child was ready. Well Dr. Pittman did not do this. He waited until my son was ready for the braces and monitored him for a couple of years. Will love Pittman! He talks to the kids and explains everything to them. The whole staff always has a smile and so pleasent!
