I waited 2 1/2 hrs to see this Dr. He blew off my thyroid results which was why I went to him in the first place on a referral from my medical Dr. who noted high labs indicating a thyroid issue. Instead, he wanted to do fasting glucose tests, A1C tests etc. and stated my thyroid tests weren't that bad !!! WHAT???! that's why I was there. I had no diabetes issues!!! Please look elsewhere for an endocrinologist - that's what I'm going to do!

He listened and answered every question before I even ask the question. He is currently helping me with my weight so I don’t get full diabetes. Right now I’m on the border. He is very thorough and helpful!
He has helped me get my A1C from 7 to 6.3 so far. He has helped me with literally every medical issue I've had and done a really good job doing so, and not to mention his staff are great and everyone I ever encounter has a great attitude!

While I am a type 2 diabetic that is not why I went to him. I have a thyroid issue that needs to be removed. He trys to bully you into taking new meds for diabetes when you don't want them and then will refuse to let you have the treatment you need. I would NOT recommend anyone going to him. He is all about him. He even tried to make a point to me by showing me pics of him and Obama saying he'd been to the white house 3x. Who cares not me. Dr Pittman has our daughter's conditions under control. Has also helped with weight loss as she was extremely overweight. This has improved her quality of life. Does follow up to make sure conditions stay under control. Easy to make appointments.
It started on my 1st visit after my endo of 30 years retired. Had started on new pump with A1Cs of 7.4 having ran 8.5+ for years. I was so happy, but listened to staff tell me how they hated my pump manufacturer and tried to switch all of their patients. It took WEEKS for them to get paperwork right so order for pump supplies could be released.
