RecommendedPittman Animal Hospital is the best! I was a new pet mom with zero experience. They are always very knowledgeable and patient with me. There prices are so much better than other places I called. I'm glad they're on my side of town.
I DO NOT recommend Pittman animal hospital to anybody and will never be returning with my pets! I was told numerous times that my German Shepard has allergies and that’s why he was itching himself so much. They gave him a shot and some pills, they DID NOT TAKE THE TIME TO FULLY EXAMINE HIM OR EVEN LOOK AT THE AREAS I WAS MOST CONCERNED ABOUT ! Each time we went in we saw the doctor for maybe 5-10 minutes and each time we were told the same thing, but the medication we were being given was not working or even helping my dog a... read more
RecommendedDr. Trost and staff are amazing with animals and their families. We have taken all our animals there and unfortunately had to euthanize two of them in the past five years. From basic shots to critical hospitalizations the staff and Dr. Trost have treated our animals with the upmost care and gentleness, while communicating daily with us and allowing us to see our animals daily when hospitalized. This clinic is amazing!
RecommendedI took my newly adopted 8 year old dog Gus there yesterday. He has been scratching and licking all day long for weeks now. With in an hour of leaving the Pittman Animal Hospital he stopped. Call ahead of time, wear a mask, and wait in your car till they call you back when they are ready for you. Total time being in there was 15 minutes. The bill was well under what I was expecting to pay. Included was the shot, the visit and the medication. Highly recommend! It’s so nice to see Gus relax and not itch AT ALL.
RecommendedI have been taking my pets to Dr. Trost for over 20 years. He’s always good to my fur babies and the prices for care are very reasonable.
The staff was very kind. When I admitted I didn't know how to clean my cat's ears properly, (she had wax deep in her ear and I was unsure how to get it out without hurting her) he patiently showed me and didn't make me feel like an idiot.
