I'm gonna give them 3 stars they did pretty good yesterday, they were pretty punctual this time.
I have never had too much problems with Vidant, once or twice had bad service, but overall things are good. Nurses and Dr's are great.
I was there yesterday and I really enjoyed the comfort,,, the doctors and nurses was very polite and smart and etc,,
ED dept is too slow. SICK people shouldn't have to sit in the waitin room for hours!!

Here in ER for 8 hours now. 3 nurses to hook up an IV? In room- no one comes to check in you to see if you are ok or alive. Fire alarm goes off- no one comes into tell you it is a false alarm or real and had a cat scan and. Now waiting For results- well over an hour. Used bathroom 5 hours ago and reported sink doesn't work so can't wash your hands. Point here is sick people are using a bathroom and no one is washing hands. Disgusting.
