Whoever came up with the Valet Parking for patients and their families is a genius! And we love the A La Carte menu that you can order from anytime. Everyone has been friendly, helpful and professional.
They don't care at all sent me home coughing up blood from my throat being so raw and painful, told me to take Tylenol
My father had a stroke on Thursday and we have been so blessed that this place has such a wonderful and caring staff, nurses and doctors. They have been amazing and have made this tragedy as easy as they possibly could. God bless you all.
My nurses, NA's and doctors in the ASU department were great! Anytime I needed anything they were there. The nurses and na's were very kind and patient. My only negative about my experience was how dirty the ED department was. The sink in the bathrooms had no running water. We informed the nurse and she told us the battery sensor in the faucet was broken. There was also no paper towels in the bathroom or the room I was in while waiting to be admitted. But again, the staff was very kind and knowledgeable.
They are dirty as hell. They don't clean up after themselves. Used supplies and left the trash in the sink and sat the blankets on the opened trash can. Wtf?
Well the KISU is great all of the Dr's and Nurses have been great My 9yr old son had his appendix taken out yesterday and they have made him priority number 1....So Shout to GVEGAS for making me feel good...But the food is nasty..
Waiting in the ER for 2 hours with a blood pressure of 170/110 !!! The nurse and doctor was very nice and knowledgeable. Bathrooms were very clean.
