Paid $1000 dollars for a smoker and within 2 months was having issues with it. Ok things happen I understand issues with products. Had trouble getting ahold of customer service so I called pits n grills to get help. They told me they would get with their rep and call me back. Well thank god customer service called me back because these guys definitely didnt. I'm happy with my smoker overall and gmg customer service was helpful but I'll definitely be buying future smokers somewhere else.

Amazing customer service!! Nick is on top of orders, even gave me a substitute grill cabinet until the one I ordered comes in. Has been great about communicating regarding my order and is very conscientious about service. A great example of the benefits of shopping local!

Purchased a Green Mountain pellet grill and paid a little more than the other dealer in town but wanted to support the local BBQ scene not a large hardware store, I figured being a small shop I would get a little better service. Fast forward about a year and my power supply went out on Friday of the 4th of July weekend. Went in to see about warranty and/or to purchase a new one. The grills assembled on the floor you may have seen were already sold and waiting to be delivered. Many of the products (including grills and parts) we sell are currently experiencing supply chain delays due to the ongoing pandemic. super nice and great customer service
so i called outdoor home. work with them from 10 in the morning until 4 in afternoon. when i finally got them to help me and I was ready to purchase, they said it would be Monday although they were 1 mike away from me. I called Pits and Grill at 4 and 3 hours later it was set up and ready. they even took time to train us. they were 15 miles from me. SERVICE. SERVICE. Thank you. you guys are awesome
I’ve had my Daniel Boone pellet grill for a couple months and wanted to thank Nick and the guys for their help. Even had a house call when trying to set things up the first time! Great service and support.
