Our business cancelled service with this company at the end of last year. We paid off our balance and a hefty cancellation fee. They continue to badger us with late fees and penalties months later.
shady billing practices and no customer service
Worst company ever. I ended up going with Quadient which was an easy decision. Pitney Bowes made me sign up for an account to get a quote of pricing and when I did so they automatically signed me up for SOMETHING (no clue what) that was a temp subscription. The sales rep reached out to me and I explained to her I did not want this subscription and asked that it be closed. worst company I have ever had to deal with. charged for a machine i was not using then charged extra money to terminate contract. DO NOT ever do business with this company. Very Shady business
