I would give a minus 10 but that would be too high. Ordered checks near the end of September. It's October 14 and they still are not here. Their garbage tracking shows the checks have been in IL for 10 days. I called my bank and they have no idea why they are not here and had to re-order them. What a joke! If there is any way to do so, DO NOT EVER use this piece of junk company for anything! Just look at the their reviews and how many people have been ripped off by them. They really need to be forced out of business.

I ordered a shinsty subscription. The first package arrived in 3 day. (They used a different company.) now the use pitny Bowes and my package has taken close to 3 weeks and still hasn’t shown up. The support online says to contact the buyer. Like that would help how are they gonna know where my package is if pitny has had it for 3 week. Super unhelpful and just all around bad company. Companies should really boycott them out of business

Our business cancelled service with this company at the end of last year. We paid off our balance and a hefty cancellation fee. They continue to badger us with late fees and penalties months later.

Worst company ever. I ended up going with Quadient which was an easy decision. Pitney Bowes made me sign up for an account to get a quote of pricing and when I did so they automatically signed me up for SOMETHING (no clue what) that was a temp subscription. The sales rep reached out to me and I explained to her I did not want this subscription and asked that it be closed.
