WARNING Pitney Bowes stole my personal information from a temu order and used it to ship packages across the country for eBay. Their solution is I should reach out to a seller I've never bought from about packages that are not mine. Shady business. Refuses to give me a contact to resolve the issue. Temu refuses to help because they aren't temu orders being associated to my address. PRIVACY VIOLATION
Next to impossible to get a live person and when you do, they dont understand your simple issue, place you on hold and then disconnect the call. Primitive company and service. Evolve to an online competitor.
Don't use this company. Theres a live person to sign you up and no one after that to help with problems.
Worst company I have ever dealt with.
