poor service. They were out of sides we ordered and we were not told until we came to pick up our order. None of their kitchen staff were wearing masks. I may come back after the pandemic. until then if they don't care to error on the side of caution, they don't need my business.
RecommendedFor date night, we drove 75 minutes to try out Pitmaster BBQ Company. So worth it! Meat was cooked to perfection with amazing sides. The corn bread just melts in your mouth. Their BBQ sauces are a a great addition. Even the onion rings were to die for. We will find more excuses to go back. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

Order dinner for my family. Almost $70 later, almost as good as Dickie's bbq was. Mediocre flavor is a compliment, especially for supposed texas brisket. Will not be back, sorry for your taste buds if you like this.
We went to Pitmaster for the first time a couple weeks ago. It was a terrible experience. Despite the restaurant not even being remotely busy, we waited 45 minutes for our order to be made. Can someone explain to me why it takes 45 minutes to put together an order where the protein is already fully cooked? 🤔 When my husband asked about the delay, the manager was very dismissive and rude.
