Best BBQ I've ever had. No one can do brisket,ribs like Rob. And Lisa's sweets are amazing!!
I had the brisket sandwich w/fries. It was tasty, hot, fresh. My wife had the pulled pork sandwich. The meat was not warm, the onion ring was cold (other customers report same thing) and there was some kind of crumbs falling out of the sandwich. The lady offered to make a replacement and explained the crumbs were either cornbread crumbs accidentally added or more likely they were crumbs from the bottom of the onion ring bag (like they just add thawed out frozen onion rings?) I'm from Tennessee so I had to check out some Idaho Q. I must say I left very satisfied. I had ribs and brisket and both were awesome. Liked all the sauces but the chipotle was my favorite. Cornbread was great. I didn't care for the potato salad I ordered as a side but no big deal I would just order a different side next time.
Good food at a good price. Serving size was great.
Order the smokey mac n cheese with toppings!!! TRUST ME!!! The brisket was so good and I don't usually order brisket at BBQ joints. I go for the ribs. Unfortunately they had already sold out. The chicken was also very good and the cornbread was so moist. The service was so amazing. It was our first time there and the lady that took our order was very helpful and very patient.
