've. Been going to Dr. Pathadia for at least 11 years now. I have seen other Dr.s In past. But he is so nice, normal and friendly it makes it easy to talk to him. I would have pain and funny feeling in my back for a long time. I went to several Dr.s and they would do the same thing give me meds and send me on my way. I finally made another appt. Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? No, they are really great about answering the phone right away Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her Does this provider treat their staff well? Yes, they treat their staff with respect Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Extremely easy, and close to the entrance

I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything. Every question I had was answered thoroughly Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed

They are happy to answer all of my questions Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation. Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Absolutely! This provider always listens carefully to what I have to say!

There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience.
