Our experience was a mixed one. The HVAC tech (Justin) that came out was outstanding-professional, knowledgeable, honest, and took time to explain everything. Sadly our experience with the owner was complete opposite. He was rude, unprofessional, and difficult to deal with. Its disappointing because the quality of the technicians work is overshadowed by the way the business is managed. I highly recommend Justin but not Pitcher Air.
Justin has always gone above and beyond to deliver outstanding service at an affordable price. Eddie, the owner, has always been extremely responsive and informative. I recently had an issue with my really old AC. I had Pitcher Air replace it. I had a small leak issue soon after the install, and Eddie came out himself well past business hours to ensure it was corrected. Highly recommend giving them a call for all your AC needs.
