We had a cockroach problem mostly at night in the kitchen drawers and behind the refrigerator. The technician arrived on time and didn’t rush the inspection. He used gel bait in hidden areas and sprayed carefully around drainage points instead of overusing chemicals. The smell was very light and didn’t disturb us. It took a few days before we saw a real difference, but after about a week the cockroaches disappeared completely. I just felt the booking updates could be more timely, otherwise the work was solid.
