I went into the round rock location around 1:30pm and found that it was somewhat crowded. The crowdedness is not why I would not recommend it. The employees were very rude with the exception of the first employee I interacted with and overall ruined the experience. Multiple times I made a statement and was told “I know” by the employees. I have never had this kind of service at this restaurant let alone any restaurant. I was shocked by the treatment I received from the employees.
