Another great visit at Pit Stop Service Center! My battery died twice within 2 days, so I went to AutoZone to get it tested. They said I needed a new alternator, so I brought the car to Pit Stop just before closing and told them that it needed a new alternator. I left the car with them overnight, and the next morning they called and said that the alternator was fine, and it just needed a new battery. I really appreciate their honesty! Had an amazing experience here. I just got off of a 13 hour graveyard shift at the hospital to a nail in my tire, it was leaking and I knew I had to be back at work this evening so I was stressing about making it to work and getting enough sleep in between. I had stopped by 2 other tire places and no one could help me in time/without appointment, but this was my last stop before I gave up and I’m so glad they were!! Excellent service! Took my wife's vehicle in for a leaking tire. They found a very small nail that was causing the problem. Had me in and out in 15 minutes. I will be talking all my vehicle's here from now on.
Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Great garage from a woman's standpoint. I fully trust them.
No follow up with ensuring all things are ok before returning car to customer. They left my radiator cap loose and my car ran hot while I was driving on the interstate. Could've caused serious damage to my vehicle due to thier negligence. After informing them that radiator fluid got all over my engine and hood they agreed to clean my the mess.
