One extra star to appreciate some of the service I have received before. However, I will not be coming back here. Within the past week, I have tried 3 different days and 3 different times to bring my car in. The first day, I was told that it was a “bad time” and they wouldn’t be able to get me in that day- understandable, I could see they were busy. I'm so mad right now I'm shaking. My husband took my car here four days ago for an oil change. Not only did we have to return because two dashboard warning lights came on afterward, but the staff were extremely rude about having to correct the issue and reset the lights. Yesterday, I thought I noticed something was wrong, but I was in a hurry and wasn't sure. This is the only place I will bring my vehicles when there is something I can't handle. I've had two of my vehicles serviced here in the last two months. One was a 100k mile service on a Honda Pilot and the other was diagnosing and repairing an engine oil leak on an F150. Both service and repair were reasonably priced and completed quickly. There is no extra add on for this service or that, they tell you upfront what needs to be done, and what they recommend can wait. I recommend Pit Stop to anyone that needs their vehicle... read more

My experience was awful if I could give 0 stars I would. They are running a scam shop. I called and got a quote on 2 tires and the labor and the young guy told me one price over the phone. Then when I got them changed and he handed me the bill it was over double what I was quoted over the ohone. He told me he never said that and then brought over who I assume was a manager name Corey, who was disrespectful, assumed I knew nothing, and blatantly lied to my face. We went in to get the transmission fluid changed on our Z71 Silverado truck today. They listened very diligently to our concerns about other fluids to include the 4 wheel drive transfer case, rear end differential, engine oil, coolant and break fluid. Without hesitation they quickly checked the level and quality of all fluids and made honest recommendations.
