I wasn’t allowed to have my car running while I was waiting to get my oil changed but the car next to me was, let me mind you it is 85°. The two employees were very rude about it. There are cars lined up.

Awesome customer service! I had an issue with my computer system in my car today after a routine oil change. I was with my son all the way up on the Ohio Turnpike and Jaime, the store manager drove ALL the way up to us to check the oil situation. Turns out it was just a funky glitch in my oil level sensor. (And it didn't help that I didn't know the difference in an oil leak and the A/C release.) My husband and I are very thankful for their customer service today! We HIGHLY recommend them!
