I just had the worst experience possible in Burien. Your workers lost my drain bolt and washer. They tried to blame that on me. They then put an unknown bolt that I did not approve of and told me nothing up until Troy drove my car around and told me to “get out of here” and “never come back” when i indeed did nothing wrong. So I usually do my own full synthetic oil changes but figured I can save some time by going into Pit Stop. $100 is quite steep, even for synthetic but they at least checked some other things. After they were done, they gave me a few recommendations which included a transmission fluid change, radiator flush, engine air filter and cabin air filter. DO NOT GO HERE. Not one employee had a mask. They were quick and abrupt on the phone assuring they had my specific filter in stock without even taking time to check. When I arrived the employee was short and seemed I a rush. I did not feel like they even cared about me. There is no way I was going to trust them with my car. Poor service, and no concern for the well being of others.

I always make the trip from Columbia city to this location. Great service, the staff is really the reason I keep coming back. Online coupons are great.
Staff is super helpful and nice. I got my oil changed here and they also fixed my lights. My car is super embarassing but the guys take good care of it. The lobby is chill too.
Super quick and friendly service. I recommend weekday service as this place has lines down the block on the weekends!!
