This is 100% 10/10 stars. Ivan had me bring my bike in late in the evening despite it being out of work hours specifically to understand what my ADV 150 is dealing with mechanically as it is a bike that has a ghost living in its engine that keeps messing with the bike and how it operates. There are not too many motorcycle mechanics near by in the Seattle area as it is, and if there is they are always booked out super far into October as of right now.
