Could not figure out the problems with my pre-production bike since it didn't match schematics, he figured it out and saved me so much wasted time and money!
This is 100% 10/10 stars. Ivan had me bring my bike in late in the evening despite it being out of work hours specifically to understand what my ADV 150 is dealing with mechanically as it is a bike that has a ghost living in its engine that keeps messing with the bike and how it operates. There are not too many motorcycle mechanics near by in the Seattle area as it is, and if there is they are always booked out super far into October as of right now. Texted at 10pm asking if he'd be able to patch my tire as it had caught a sharp metal object, the same night and same day, he did it within an hour and picked it up once it was finished. No hassle or anything. Completely quick and knowledgeable with his expertise. Very reasonable pricing as well would recommend.
Master craftsman!! The man is a bike whisperer. I thought I had a clapped out 2014 Honda CBR 1000rr and Ivan made a house call on his way out to the track. Something just sounded off, thought I needed a valve job or worse because super high mileage. Gave my bike the full service inspection, identified the issues, found the parts and told me exactly what I needed to do to nurse her back to health. He is like a motorcycle wizard. Ivan answered my text Sunday night 9:30pm. I have the tire, can you change it for me tomorrow? Response "Yes I can text me in the morning" just a couple texts later, I had an appointment to get my front tire changed 11:30am. 38 minutes after arriving i was heading south for another 1500 miles. No better service in North America in my experience. Tire swapped at Mile 6200 of 10,000. Top marks for quality, precision, perfection and time!! 6 stars out of 5
