They charged my credit care twice once without my consent called an manager was very very rude saying he won’t credit my account back .. saying dispute it with your bank . Totally a dick .. Also tire shine don’t work so they charge you extra which is bs fk them

Manager was extremely rude and belittling. I am amazed at how raunchy this man was, Rob. He said he was the GM, no name tag! When you first pull up the person should spray the car but did not. I think that was the first mistake! After going through the wash there was dirt still on the car. After speaking with this so called GM he said he wouldn’t allow the car to be washed again. I am so mad right now! I just pulled away from this place and I want to get in touch with this car wash corporate office! They need to know how ridiculous the manager was! I WAS a loyal customer since they opened, now I will never be returning and I am beyond furious. I have recommended this place in the past, but I will be finding out somewhere else to recommend!
Great service until you try to cancel. Told me it was cancelled then the next day I get charged for it. Told me to file a stop payment with my bank (which charges a $30 stop pay fee) or I could get my money refunded in 2 weeks. Won’t make that mistake again.
the service is excellent I went over there this Sunday 01/12/20 about 4:30 and one your employees help me a lot about how to use your services,thank you again and I be back for sure.
