I stopped washing my truck by hand because this wash does a better job almost every time! Even down to the wheels and tires. It has replaced the garden hose and soap bucket. The staff are also awesome people, even when I see them outside of the carwash. 10/10 would wash again.
I never used their car wash until today, I have used several drive through car washes and would give them average 2 star on how my truck would look after the wash. I would end up just going to an old fashion car wash and wash my truck and get same appearance, BUT today i tried pit stop "best deal" and WOW i am Impressed, very impressed.. it looked like it was hand washed, I will definitely wo;; check into the monthly pass, just wish it was a family pass for spouses as well.
Monthly tag never worked. Went through 6 different tag placements, still didnt work. Asked for a removable tag, was told they didnt do that and basically either deal w/ a non working tag or cancel. Cancelled, will go back if offered a solution for tag issue.
Just went there! Love Pitstop Carwash and the personal service I receive!
The front of our vehicle still had dirt on it. One of the turning/ washing bar did not even clean a portion of the side of our vehicle.
