I grew up going to Frank & Mary's in Pittsboro I was heart broken when they closed. The Pit Stop has nailed the catfish recipe! Sweet catfish meat, light cornmeal coating, fried to perfection. My husband loves the bean salad with his catfish dinner & I get the slaw. They also have a full menu of items to choose from if you're not interested in the catfish. We'll be back soon!!
