Unfortunately the only “certified” place my insurance would tow to around Winchester. Extremely slow service to get anything done my fiancé was without a car for a week, don’t return calls, had to take vehicle back twice because of issues. Second time was issues created from them “fixing the first issue”. They just work when they feel like it and don’t care if you need your car back in a hurry. My mother had her brakes changed here I had to redo them for because her vehicle shock so bad after having pit stop change her brakes. They used the lowest grade pads and rotors and charged her a arm and leg for them note: didn't even grease the caliper pins the rear calipers where sticking and have already wore the pads down after a couple hundred miles .I do not recommend this place for your safety,I would rather you Google it and do it yourself may save your life and your money

I had my tires rotated and brakes put on the front. Everything was great until my left front wheel came off on the highway on the way home. $5,500 in damage. I called Cindy, she was real concerned until it came time to pay. My insurance had to cover my repairs as they accepted no responsibility.
