Yesterday's visit to St. Luke's overall was quite pleasant! Having a procedure can be a very scary experience, but Dr. Scherer, his assistant David and the entire team imparted a sense of calm, confidence and a true caring that made the entire experience a pleasant one, but more of all I knew I was in good hands. Thank you all so very much. PS, I will be having my second eye done in 2 weeks, this time, however, I won't be as nervous.
The Technician, Larry and Dr. Arcaro were not only very friendly but they were very professional. They explained everything very clearly. Thank You.
I had a retina hemorrhage and my Doctor at the VA told me I needed to see a retina specialist immediately. Their specialist was backed up so told them I wanted to be treated by St Lukes. They contacted St Lukes and I was seen the next day. The Chinese virus caused some delay but my cataracts and retina surgery were all completed in a timely manner. I wanted to be treated by St Lukes because of their reputation.
We brought both of my parents to St Luke's several years ago, and were very pleased with their surgeries and care. It is now my turn to have catarac surgery, and I have had no hesitation about having it done at St Luke's. I have only heard glowing reports from everyone who has had surgery done there.
I used the Tampa and Tarpon Springs facilities and the staff were very warm and professional. I am writing this review without the use of glasses that means my surgery went well. Thanks for doing your upmost best in protecting your patients from COVID-19 by following the CDC guidelines. I will recommend St.Luke’s Cataract & Laser Institute always. I was impressed by the prayers that was offered to me before my surgeries which helped calmed my fears.
Had a sudden and serious eye problem and no local doctors or facilities would help me. I was lucky enough to find St. Luke's on-line and I'm so glad I did. They were lovely to deal with, got me in within hours of my call, and took excellent care of me. I liked Dr. Streeter, and would recommend her and the facility without hesitation. 5 Stars!!
St. Luke’s is the best in the country. I am 2nd generation to go there, and would not go anywhere else for the help and care of my eyes. I wish to thank everyone from staff to nurses to Dr. Gill for their care, concern, professionalism, help , comfort, and skill in my recent surgery. They are the best of the best.
