we had to lodge a complaint with the missouri state highway patrol & BBB ... they are charging people for safety inspection then miraculously failing the safety for a new tire $$$ when the whole time you don’t need safety for a vehicle with under 149,999 (not properly trained according to MSHP or someone other than the original inspector is doing the inspections ) .. we have gone to troop c twice now to give statements and show our pictures and the recorded calls where they try to offer the $12 for the safety back an all th... read more
