I had a great experience with Pit Crew. They were very professional, kept me updated throughout the whole process, and the work was amazing!
Pit Crew Roofing was great to work with. we did 7 roofs with them at 1 time. Their team showed up each working day organized and ready to get the job done. all inspections passed with no issues. i can recommend them for your roofing project as i would and will be using them again.
This is the second time I have used Pit Crew Roofing and both times I have been completely satisfied. They do excellent work and their staff is always friendly and very helpful.
A very bad experience from beginning to end. Somehow PCR managed to have my first review deleted, which in itself, explains a lot. Here's the gist: 1. Started project a month later than requested. (Usually flexible, but just had major surgery) 2. Tile delivered in driveway with no communication, blocking my car in the driveway. 3. Lowest quote, only for multiple change orders to increase cost above all other quotes. (I missed a huge red flag when I was offered an additional discount if I signed the next day).
