I used to recommend this company, but I can’t anymore. I tried to schedule a roof inspection for the roof that they put on four years ago, but all I get is their AI “Harper”. I made an appointment and waited all day and did not even get so much as a text. When I call them back to see what the holdup was all I get is “Harper” telling me that it ‘understands’. Nope, don’t think it does. I guess I’ll have to take my business elsewhere now

From estimate to adios, all phases of the roof replacement were outstanding.The team of Chris (Estimator), Kaila (Office Coordinator), Mickey (Chief Operating Officer) and Donny (Production Manager) communicated early and often to ensure outstanding customer service. Worflow, task completion and customer care are their superpowers. It was a pleasure to work with the Pit Crew because they say what they will do then do what the say. Well done Pit Crew. Thank you.

Pit Crew did an excellent job on our roof in a timely manner and left the property clean. The crew had a minor mishap that caused some damage but they repaired and painted and left no evidence that minor damage was done. After the first torrential rain, there was a slight leak around the chimney. We placed a call to them and they were out quickly to resolve the issue. We are very pleased with their work AND their customer service!

We just had our roof inspected by 3LP. Jeff was very professional, knowledgeable, and honest. I would use them again for sure.
