We just had our granite installed today and we absolutely LOVE it!!!! Thank you guys so much. This place is AMAZING!!! The showroom is beautiful and they have so much to choose from. Sabrina and Mariella were so helpful the minute we walked in the door. Luciano did such a fantastic job with cutting the granite and making it look incredible!! So impressed!! The whole process was seamless. I would totally recommend this place 100%. Thank you again!!!

I walked into the store today to look at some granite with my daughter, as we stood at the customer desk the lady behind the desk stated she would be with us in a few minutes. We thought she was in the phone with a customer. As we stood their waiting we could hear her conversation, it was not business related. We waited and waited and decided to just leave. I thought that was POOR customer service so we landed walking out, since it appeared that as a customer we were not important. We decided to take our business else where.... read more

just had an installation performed by Pistritto. I was being very particular and did not like how the stone looked after the installation. I immediately called them and without any hassles whatsoever, they "un-installed the stone for my island", took the stone back, re-fashioned the stone, and re-installed without any complaints. in my opinion, that is not only good customer service, but excellent work ethic and something you'll only find in a small family business.
