Brought my car in to get the muffler and locks checked out. They replaced the muffler and said they needed more time to diagnose what was going on with the locks. Asked if I could leave it overnight and they would call me the next day with an updated after they were able to inspect the locks. I received a phone call the next day they went ahead and fixed 1 lock while leaving the 3 other locks unfixed due to parts shortage. They didn’t call me with an updated before doing the work.
