I love my hair salon and my hairstylist, Tracy Kirk. There's always great customer service and I am always happy with my hair. I get compliments all the time and have referred the salon to many friends!
Extremely unprofessional staff and horrible experience. Steffny did my touch up highlights and my hair is fried and breaking off at the roots. I'm from out of town so I asked her to refund my $85 and she and Tracy, the owner refused. I'm just sick about it. U can check out pics on my Facebook. Shellie Fowler Cox
