I picked up a Mother’s Day bouquet on Saturday from Pistol and was extremely disappointed with the quality. The flowers were visibly wilted, dehydrated, and, damaged with petals already fallen off the main floral and the rose bloom appearing brown and aged. I didn’t notice this until it was presented Sunday morning. I emailed Pistol privately to their info email about a week ago and never received a response, which made the experience even more disappointing.
