I ordered a vase arrangement which was delivered as promised. The recipient sent a photo which did not look at all like what I’d ordered or correspond to the cost. The staff informed me the photo I received from the flowers recipient was from the back of the arrangement. ??? I was embarrassed to ask the flowers recipient for more photos to show its adequacy.
