RecommendedThe pain relief and overall wellness I have experienced as a result of my weekly visits have given me new life and energy. The specific causes of pain are addressed through heat, gentle myofascial release, and massage. Adjustments are made carefully and gently. Home exercises for strengthening are also demonstrated in person and on video. I am thoroughly impressed and extremely happy with Dr. Troy, the therapists, and the office staff.

Dr Smith is such a Central Coast Treasure!! I hadn’t been in awhile and really needed a tune up. Not only did I get the best Tune up EVER, he is also helping me with my ankle and Achilles’ tendon!! Dr. Troy has significantly reduced the amount of pain I experience due to Spondylosis of my spine. Using a variety of strategies, Dr. Troy is able to work on areas based on experience and expertise.
