Take a look at the “fresh flowers” you get for $368. If you don’t know how to properly handle fresh flowers, maybe stick to dried flowers instead. After seeing so many reviews mentioning the same issue about fresh flower，I now understand why. Half the roses arrived wilted, photos and video taken 30mins within arriving. darkened and visibly dying、 yet the store claimed this was “normal flower loss”.
This is the “338 for 50 roses” bouquet from the website. Can everyone please have a look and see if it looks the same? 1. The first photo is the image they sent to prove that their flowers were “fine”. Even in that photo, a random screenshot already shows black spots on the roses. 2. What I actually received is the 2-4 The condition of each rose looks twice as wilted compared to their own photo. Absolutely STUNNING!!!! They look exactly like they do in the website. I sent them to a friend in hospital and they accommodated by changing the ceramic vase to these beautiful white boxes. The communication between myself and the florist was extremely helpful and they were delivered early. I'm going to get a whole lot more of these dried flowers for my home. I love my plants but it's always a pain when travelling or holidaying. They are absolutely beautiful and a work of art. Unique colours and styles. In love!!
Terrible customer service. Would not recommend. Please don't tell customers to pick up at a certain time if you can't keep to it.
