Firstly, I do not do this lightly, this is the first negative review I have written. I am sure there are circumstances in which Pirtek Coffs Harbour can do a good job. Unfortunately, my experience has been one in which an error by a staff member was compounded by rudeness and arrogance. I went to Pirtek to get the hoses and fittings to connect a hydraulic pump to a helm pump. I brought in the hydraulic pump and the technical specifications of the helm pump to the store.
