Dr Pirraglia is a miracle worker! I cannot say enough positive things about how Dr Pirraglia has helped stabilize my back. Having had back pain my entire life from scoliosis, she has helped not only adjust my back, but taught me techniques I've adopted into my daily routine - mobility stretches, back stretches, breathing exercises to strengthen my core, amongst tips improving my immunity and strength training. I highly recommend Dr Pirraglia, especially if you are located in the NY or CT area.
Dr. P is absolutely amazing! Her expertise as a professional is matched only by her profound understanding of athletes and active lifestyles. She makes sure that what you do outside of her office complements the treatment you receive during your visits. I can’t recommend her highly enough—she has relieved me from debilitating lower back for years!
