Car still dirty. Vacuum pressure was low SUCKS!!!!
Staff is always nice and my car always looks brand new after leaving here. I never have cash to buy supplies outside, so I love that they sell stuff inside that can be bought with your card.
The wash wasn't the best but Seth saved the day! He attended to my concerns and even offered to have the vehicle go back through for another wash.
Paid the $14.99 and my car was still dirty. They don't even offer towels and spray for free. I could have paid a few extra dollars for a full service car wash
Washed my wife tahoe and the worst was every! Paid $14.99 and the bugs didn't come off. I was told by the manager the bugs were not his responsibility!!?? Asked for a rewash and he declined and for refund and declined again!! Piss poor service with a smile!! Will never go back!
My vehicle was damaged inside of the carwash. I experienced extremely poor customer service regarding damages and I do not recommend taking your vehicle to this location. I will be going back to the washtub!
Their car wash damaged my car. I showed the manager on duty, Kevin, and he flat out said he wouldn't pay for it. He didn't even offer to review the cameras. Their machinery is faulty and they have an obligation to pay for my damages. My car is a 2015 Ford Mustang GT. What's worse is just recently paid for their monthly membership for both my wife and I.
I only been a member for 1 month with 3 car membership. My car was damage on the roof of my mini van. And they deny saying it was not their machine.. They looked at us like we damaged our new 2015 dodge caravan.. They r crazy!! I cancelled my membership and warning others beware!!!
