Had my car washed yesterday and as we drove out of the wash my rear bumper was no longer attached on the passengers side. Disappointed with pirates cove!
I had the worst experience!!! I will never go back. I took my car for a regular wash through the tunnel. After the wash I vacuum my car and then left. When my husband got home he notice scratches all across the hood of my car running all the way to the roof of my car. The scratches were very severe. I notified the management at the potranco location and they asked me to bring the vehicle in so they can determine if the scratches were made by their machine. I got the biggest package and came out with a dirty truck and tire shine on 1/4 of each of my tires !
